What is the largest wedding reception the Gaillard can accommodate?

Our grand ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 800 seated guests with a dance floor and band.

Can I host both my ceremony and reception at the Gaillard?

One of the best attributes of the Gaillard is that’s it’s the perfect place to both your ceremony and reception for up to 400 guests.

Do you have wedding packages?

Please contact the sales office and we can assist you in creating a custom package for your day.

Where do my guests park their cars?

We have an onsite parking garage with 600 parking spaces, we are able to offer all events discounted parking fees.

What time does my reception need to conclude?

All events end by midnight. Special requests can be given consideration.

What is the color scheme of the grand ballroom?

The ballroom is decorated in white, wedge wood blue, silver and cream colors.

Can I have an outdoor ceremony?

Yes, we have a lovely terraced lawn that can be rented. You are can have the space tented to allow for any weather.

Can you accommodate my religious ceremony?

Yes, we specialize in in ceremonies for all religions and cultures, please allow us to assist you with your needs.

Do you allow decorations and are there any sound restrictions?

Yes, we do allow decorations that are safe and secure and within our building code compliance. There are some restrictions on décor and sound please ask your assigned event manager any questions you might have.

Where can my guests stay overnight?

There are a number of hotels within walking distance of the Gaillard. We can have our team assist you in making the best selection for your taste and budget.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

No, we provide all beverage service for all events.

Can I bring in my own florist?

Yes, you can select your own florist. They will need to coordinate delivery with your event management team.

Is there weather back up for my outdoor ceremony?

There may not be a back-up space available for your wedding ceremony. You should consider a tent rental if you are planning on using the outdoor Terrace.

Will the manager be present to oversee my reception to the end?

You will be assigned an event manager who is responsible for your event space set up. If you would like to have a wedding planner or day of coordinator to oversee your event details then please ask us for local recommendations.

Are there floor plans for when the room is set up for a wedding?

Yes, we are able to provide customized drawings for your event.

Do I need a certificate of insurance?

Yes, you will be required to have a certificate of insurance. If you need assistance with purchasing insurance then please let us know as you can purchase event insurance through the Gaillard Center.

Will I be offered a bridal suite?

Yes, for weddings utilizing our Grand Ballroom we will provide you a complimentary salon of our choice for use during your event as long as there is a salon available.

Can I reserve time for my ceremony rehearsal time the day before my event?

We will do our best to accommodate your times. However, due to other event commitments you may need to be flexible and we can confirm a rehearsal time as we get closer to your date. Your event manager will assist you with these arrangements.
